Injection Moulded Prototype Parts Quickly and Easily.

The TimeSaver service speeds up the product development process. It produces injection moulded in a short delivery time.

To ensure the successful delivery of prototype parts and a schedule for the process are needed. The mould is designed based on the customer's 3D model of the product or the sample . The mould is manufactured by high-speed machining. Then, the mould is used to injection mould prototype parts from the specified plastic material. After inspection, the prototype parts are packed and delivered to the customer. For subsequent batches of the same parts, the delivery time is shorter, since the tooling already exists.

The finished tool is tested and process parameters are optimised. The plastic parts produced during the test run are measured and visually inspected.

The plastic parts are delivered to the customer for approval. After approval, the tool, along with documentation, is delivered to the production plant.

We analyse the test results and, together with the customer, decide whether we should produce the tool or not.
